Training the Brain to Enter Class Four Space

Technology now exists to show individuals their own brain activity in essentially real time. Neurofeedback training demonstrates attractor vortices defining pathology (class 1, 2, and some class 3 states), and promotes learning, far below conscious mediation, that reverses pathology. While the field struggles to establish its scientific credibility in the disease model, those results will eventually be considered trivial when compared to what neurofeedback brings to the expansion of capacities across the entire range of human endeavor. In reality all neurofeedback training is training in brain optimization. Results of neurofeedback sessions indicate the promotion of Class Four Space with increases in central nervous system flexibility, resilience, complexity, and sometimes profoundly improved performance.
