CALL FOR PARTICIPATION
The core of NKS 2004 will be contributed presentations by NKS researchers,
educators and others.
Organize a Topical Session
Would you like to organize and chair a topical session? Many sessions are
already planned. Contact us if you would like to propose an
additional
session, or believe you could contribute in organizing a session already
planned. Topical sessions will normally last between one and two hours, and
involve 2 to 4 lectures, with ample time for discussion.
Present a Lecture
Would you like to speak about NKS research you've done? Or about
experiences you've had in applying or teaching NKS? Submit a
one-page
abstract, in plain text, PDF, Word, or Mathematica notebook format.
(Background materials can be
submitted along with the abstract. Do not send confidential or proprietary
material.)
The official deadline for abstracts is now passed. But some
opportunities are still available. Contact us as soon as
possible.
Present a Poster Session
Can your ideas be presented in a poster? Poster sessions will be integrated
into the program for NKS 2004, and provide an excellent way to present many
kinds of work.
Submit a one-page
summary, in plain text, PDF, Word, or Mathematica
notebook format. (Background materials can be submitted along with the
summary. Do not send confidential or proprietary material.)
The official deadline for posters is now passed. But some
opportunities are still available. Contact us as soon
as
possible.
Set up a Demo Station
There will be opportunities to set up computer and other demo stations, to
demonstrate NKS-related work. Contact us for information.
Display Artwork
There will be a limited area available to display artwork directly related
to NKS. Contact us for information.
